PPE Simulations has a built-in audio check in the settings menu within the portal. This can be found through the Settings menu.
If you continue to have audio issues, please try the following:
Check that the microphone and headphones/speakers are working properly through the computer’s built in settings or system preferences menu
If using external microphones or headphones/speakers, unplug and plug them back in first
Restart the computer
Use a different microphone or headphones/speakers
If all of the above steps do not work, please utilize the help resources within the platform and submit a request for assistance through the contact section.
